DETAILS:
HOW: We meet in the San Francisco Bay Area, in several smaller, separate cohorts who come together for a single shared performance at the close of our season together, along with members of Mothersong Chorus, my community choir for women and nonbinary folks.
This listing is to enroll in the full season for the cohort that meets on Wednesday afternoons in San Francisco. (To register for a different Forest Voices cohort, or to try a single meeting before you commit, look here.)
WHO: Open to kids ages 7 - 11. (Parents of older kids, take note that most who join us are on the young side of that range.)
WHERE: We meet indoors at the beautiful Noe Valley Ministry, 1021 Sanchez St, SF.
WHEN: September 4rd - January 20th, 2024
Weekly meetings - Wednesdays 4 - 5 PM, San Francisco
Final concert - Saturday, January 18th at the Noe Valley Ministry in San Francisco

COVID SAFETY: The space is very large, with lots of room for airflow.
COST:
Our season includes 16 meetings, including classes and performances, which works out to a little less than $25 per event.
(This amount will be prorated for those joining us after the start of the season.)
Payments may be made either up front or monthly. To access the option to pay monthly, just click "more payment options" below the "Add to Cart" button. From there, select "Shop Pay" to set up your plan.
If your child is new to the group, you will also need an official t-shirt, for wearing in our performances. You may order your t-shirt here. (This is also the way for returning Forest Voices choristers to order a replacement t-shirt or to get one in a new size.)
WHAT THIS COST COVERS:
There's a lot that goes into running a group like this. In addition to Noe's teaching and planning time, your financial support covers venue rental, insurance, song licensing, arranging the songs, producing high quality practice recordings, lyrics, promotion and all the online systems that help me serve you.
ACCESSIBILITY:
While the sustainability of this group rests on a majority paying the rate listed above (with so much gratitude to you for helping me support my family with this work), we do have a limited number of scholarships available. If you need financial assistance to join us, please apply here.
